On the Issues: Hon. Paul D. Clement

Mr. Clement is one of the nation’s premier Supreme Court advocates. Between his days as the Solicitor General of the United States and his time in private practice, Mr. Clement has argued more than 60 cases before the Court—and is set to argue two more in the two weeks before his upcoming visit to Marquette Law School. Mr. Clement will join us “On the Issues” to talk about topics as varied as his path from Cedarburg, Wis., to Washington, D.C.; his approach to preparing for oral arguments; and the sports-related aspects of the law practice that this lifelong Milwaukee Brewers and Green Bay Packers fan has developed.
