A 10 year, $50 million gift from the late businessman Joseph Zilber is funding the effort to revitalize two neighborhoods in the heart of Milwaukee. Ms. Lloyd, who formerly worked for the MacArthur Foundation, is overseeing the ambitious project. She’ll provide an update on the progress to date and discuss how neighborhoods can be not only improved, but transformed.
