A diverse panel featuring local talk show host Charlie Sykes and Shepherd Express columnist Joel McNally will debate and discuss whether the FCC ought to require radio stations to give liberals equal time, a policy known as the Fairness Doctrine. This wide ranging discussion will deal with the history, policy issues, legal questions, and politics surrounding this controversial issue. Also featured on the panel will be Chicago radio host and producer Guy Benson and Professor Erik Ugland, a lawyer and faculty member of Marquette's College of Communications.
