How are opinions shifting as we enter the last 100 days of the campaign? Charles Franklin, professor of law and public policy and director of the Marquette Law School Poll, and Mike Gousha, distinguished fellow in law and public policy, will look at the presidential and U.S. Senate races and issues including trade and immigration. And they will report on public opinion about the state of the state.
